Enterprise Sales Executive

My client is looking for an enterprise Senior Account executive to join their UK & EMEA team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experience sales professional to be part of a company with a fantastic product and routes for progression in place. The role calls for excellent communication and sales skills as well as the ability to present a complex solution.

What you'll do:

  • Sell our HR solution, to large enterprise accounts in a defined geographic territory. The product portfolio includes: Time and Attendance, Forecasting & Scheduling, Absence Management
  • Experience of selling into Retail, Financial Services, Education, Hospitality, Public Sector, Manufacturing, and Utilities.
  • Managing the entire sales process from prospect generation, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, to closing the sale
  • Build strong relationships with potential new clients
  • Reporting to the VP of Sales on sales activity, trends, competitor and market knowledge as required.
  • Negotiate terms & conditions

You'll definitely:

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise applications
  • Experience of using SAP
  • Have experience in an EMEA position
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and resilient.
  • SaaS & Cloud experience
  • Have a proven track record of hitting large sales targets
  • Ideally have experience in the HCM or WFM industry
