Have you heard about Premier Pathways? The newest and fastest growing teacher training programme in the UK, run by the Outstanding University of Buckingham!

Premier Pathways are looking for graduates with an entrenched desire to become primary teachers and who are ready to start their journey into teaching from September.

Premier Pathways supports able graduates to become teachers through a structured 2-year PGCE programme which assures sustained progress along the way! At the end of the programme you will be awarded a PGCE with QTS!

This PGCE Programme sees graduates work in school EVERY day for two years, by first starting in a support capacity their responsibility gradually increases as they progress in school.

From the beginning of the second year, the Trainee Teacher is ready to take on a teaching timetable whilst working on the academic side of their PGCE.

• £15,000 pa training salary
• 2-year school-based teacher training programme – (url removed)
• Gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE from the University of Buckingham
• Dedicated participant support team and in-school mentoring
• Regular peer networking opportunities

We are looking for graduates with a strong academic background and a clear mindset that a career in teaching is exactly what they want to do! Opportunities are available to degree holders with a current or predicted 2:1 or above. Positions are available across Good and Outstanding Secondary schools based in Central East London, so what are you waiting for!
