Our client, a growing Training Provider in Wales are looking to recruit an experienced NVQ Assessor with an occupational experience in call centre customer service and team leading to work on-site at a client HQ in Newtown, Powys - delivering assessment of learners within the business.

The Role:

  • Delivery of training programmes to assigned learners ensuring the highest possible standards
  • Providing a quality learning experience and journey, ensuring quality standards are achieved
  • Supporting learners to achieve qualifications to a high-quality standard
  • Contribute to the planning, monitoring and achievement of agreed performance targets
  • Supporting learners to overcome learning barriers and referring them to internal support
  • Complete ILP's and map out learning routes for individuals
  • Completion of learner attendance records and learners guided contact hours
  • Contribute to the planning, monitoring and achievement of agreed performance targets
  • Develop course material to support the delivery requirements
  • Providing a quality learning experience and journey

The Person:

  • Engaging and passionate
  • Learner focused with the ability to bring the best out of learners
  • Ability to speak Welsh would be advantageous
  • This role is subject to a DBS check which will be organised by the company
  • Occupational competencies and experience of delivery within a Contact Centre environment
  • Experience of Work Based Learning and Award Body practices
  • CAVA qualifications or equivalent and assessing experience
