Aston Jones has been established for over a year with our office based very centrally in Newcastle City Centre. We are a very close-nit team and as such culture fit within our dynamic business is huge.

We are looking for someone who is target-driven, money motivated and can work on their own initiative. Aston Jones has ambitious growth plans for the coming years so you will become an integral part of our business.

Role responsibilities:

  • Generating leads through B2B outbound cold calling to build your sales pipeline through prospecting, chasing warm leads and social media
  • Making between 50 to 80 outbound calls per day to business’s nationwide
  • Achieving daily and monthly targets and working to deadlines
  • Negotiating terms of business with clients keeping a consultative sales approach
  • Keeping up to date with market news

Required skills and experience:

This is a lead generation role and as such you must be comfortable on the telephone.

  • 12 months outbound, cold calling experience is desirable but not essential
  • We are interested in passionate, charismatic, driven and ambitious individuals
  • Must be highly motivated and able to adapt and work quickly as this is a fast-paced sales environment
  • Someone that is tenacious, resilient, adaptable whilst also upholding a professional image is what we are looking for
  • Must be looking for a career and not just another job
  • A strong work ethic with excellent self/discipline

What’s on offer:

  • Base salary between £15k - £18k depending on experience, with regular salary reviews based on performance
  • Uncapped, commission structure that would be discussed during an interview
