Our client is recruiting a Jr Sous Chef for their fine dining restaurant in Central Brighton. They are looking for Chef who has experience of working at AA Rosette standard in an all fresh food kitchen using the finest seasonal and local produce with an emphasis on Seafood. You will work 4 x 12 hour days with the other 3 days off per week,
* Working on each section of the kitchen
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
* Managing your own section
* You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a AA Rosette or higher kitchen
* Ability to work on each section
* Looking for a career opportunity
