This well reputed restaurant offering a seasonal British cuisine is looking for a Senior sous chef to join the brigade. The role will suits a passionate chef, with strong management skills who wants to teach and motivate the chefs to always strive for the best!
Offering an amazing experience to guests, it is a beautiful Hotel to work in. The team of 15 chefs will need a strong manager and teacher to develop the menu and keep the high standard.
The role requires a senior sous chef who can manage the brigade, has worked in banqueting or large volume restaurant, have an excellent eye for details, be creative and push to maintain the high standard. The Senior Sous chef will need to be very strict on HACCP and Health and safety.
Equally adept at working with volume as well as fine dining, the senior sous chef will show passion, commitment and dedication. A Refine palate and knowledge of British product will be required to bring new ideas towards the seasonal menu.
The ideal candidate will have excellent command of English, experience in large operation restaurant in London, have the ability to work alone and part of a team and be creative to bring ideas towards menu development.
The salary offer is up £38,000 but negotiable.
