Project Coordinator/Administrator - Project Support / Law Firm

Our client, a London-based law firm, is recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a large projects team. The role is a permanent position where you will be providing support to the firms programme and project managers in the delivery of projects.

  • As the project coordinator you will be witness to all elements the projects undertaken.
  • You will need to maintain project documentation making sure it is up to date.
  • Managing the project plan and other key project documents to ensure that the progress is maintained throughout and the project is kept on track.
  • Assisting project team members in tasks and highlighting issues to the programme or project manager.
  • Work alongside senior members of the team tracking project costs, ensuring change controls are produced and approved.
  • Identify potential issues and deal with them as appropriate
  • Manage risks, issues and action logs
  • Cover project meetings when project manager is unavailable
  • Understand and abide to project management methodologies.


  • Previous Professional Services experience is essential
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office in particular Word, Excel, Project and Visio
  • Ideally two years working as a project coordinator within a PMO team
  • Experience with Project Management qualification, ideally to APM foundation level
