Hidden Hearing are looking to appoint an additional member of staff to join our Croydon Branch as a Tele-Appointer working full time, Monday to Friday.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company.
The purpose of the job is to provide Tele-appointing support for Hearing Aid Dispensers with the aim of achieving the maximum number of appointments every week for each allocated dispenser.
Ideally you will have had some experience working in telesales and you will be need to be competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
You will need to be confident, organised and have excellent inter-personal skills as well as a drive and desire to provide outstanding customer service and be results orientated. You should also be comfortable working on your own as well as part of a small team.
