Administrative Assistant - Reigate
£9,693.50 per annum for 18 hours per week.
An enhanced DBS ‘Disclosure and Barring Service’ check for regulated activity (formerly known as CRB) and the Children’s and Adults’ Barred List checks will be required for this role.
About the Role
Your role will focus on collating data and providing pay information for a team of Reablement Assistants who help vulnerable people remain in their homes. You will check the weekly timesheets and enter data on Excel spreadsheets to collate monthly information for payroll, to strict deadlines.
Other typical tasks include maintaining staff sickness and annual leave records, document scanning, ordering stationery and equipment.
As a patient, responsible person, you will enjoy working flexibly as part of a busy team. Office experience and good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and SAP will be an advantage. We’ll also expect you to have a good head for figures, a sharp eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.

Reigate & Banstead Borough Council Office does not have on site parking. If successful in this role you would be required to make your own parking arrangements and cover the cost of this if required.
