Learning & Development Delivery Consultant
London, E14 (office/field based, with travel to sites in London and around the M25)

As part of expansion plans, they are now looking for a Learning & Development Delivery Consultant to join their team.

The Role:

As a Learning & Development Delivery Consultant, you’ll liaise with stakeholders across the business to deliver world-class training solutions to an enviable customer base.

The training our client delivers covers some of the most critical aspects of the real economy, including management and leadership development learning solutions.

You will deliver training to customers based primarily throughout London and around the M25. However, there will also be the opportunity to work at sites throughout the UK and abroad for candidates who are eager to travel.

Specifically, you will:

- Deliver and develop our client’s existing soft skills portfolio
- Provide standard and bespoke training at open/public scheduled courses, closed company events and product roll-outs
- Create new training content, as well as thought leadership content for digital marketing activities
- Communicate business and product updates to the Sales and Service Teams
- Help to produce training proposals and learning plans
- Research ways to innovate and enhance service delivery

About You:

To be considered, you will need:

- At least five years’ training and coaching experience in the delivery of soft skills and related areas
- A degree in an L&D related discipline or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A collaborative approach
- The ambition to deliver best-in-class services to customers

Ideally, you’ll have experience of digital marketing, but this is not essential. Experience of running product and/or thought leadership webinars would also be beneficial, as would experience of creating eLearning content. A driving licence would also be an advantage.
