Security Operations Manager
Salary: 47,000 per annum
Location: Central London

This role will see you oversee a professional security team and manage the implementation of various security programmes and strategy across the estate.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Experience managing the delivery of operational security
Experience managing a security team
Experience managing security teams in the private commercial security sector
Experience implementing security strategy
A people focused manager
A passion for service excellence
Experience of influencing senior stakeholders

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

Managing the delivery of manned guarding
Safeguarding of assets to include people, buildings and information
Strategic planning of the security function
Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development
Cross functional working with the Property and Facilities teams.
Management of control room services
Management of 3rd party suppliers
