Development Manager for High-Net-Worth inidividuals

My client, a renowned museum based in Central London, is looking for a Development Manager. This is a fairly niche role and will require somebody with previous experience a similar culture/industry i.e. high net-worth communicator/government/charity experience in this sort of position would be advantageous.
They are looking for a development manager who can develop, manage and deliver effective and sustainable relationships with Major Donor Individuals as well as Trusts and Foundations, developing a complementary mid-level Donor Patron Programme whilst achieving agreed fundraising targets.
You will need to work in a collaborative and strategic manner to engage with supporters of the Museum to deliver the Vision, Strategic and Business plans.
Achieve fundraising targets from High-Net-Worth Individuals and Patrons, Major Donor Trusts and Foundations with the £25,000-£1m gift ranges.
Build and manage effective external relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals and Patrons, Trust and Foundation Benefactors, Trustees and Senior Administrators.
You will be responsible for making sure all the Major Donors and Patrons are stewarded effectively and thereby encouraged to make further donations and offering their influence and expertise to the museum.
This is a very involved role and they are looking for someone who is passionate about achieving the right outcome.
