A growing yet established Managed Service IT company in London is now recruiting an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to make the step into a Technical Consultant role (Windows, Windows Server, Hyper-V & Citrix) helping to perform a key role supporting existing and new clients whilst maintaining the highest levels of service which is critical to their clients. They provide the highest quality of IT support, consultancy and strategy working with SME's to medium sized organisations they have built a reputation in their sector as the 'go-to' company to partner with.

The Role:

This role would be perfect for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer looking to progress their career into a Technical Consultant position. As a Consultant you will be involved in all the key stages of the project lifecycle - pre sales, making recommendations, planning (with PM), and implementation. As a managed service provider you will play a fundamental part in key projects which could include anything from upgrades, office moves, implementation, virtual set ups they are seeking someone with experience of implementation projects this could be from an internal project or working onsite directly with clients.

Salary & Package:
