Job Description: Humanities Teachers: Geography / History / Psychology / Sociology / RE / Citizenship Studies
Smart Education is looking for Humanities Teachers for OUTSTANDING Ofsted rated Secondary Schools in Wolverhampton. These positions start in September, initially on a temporary basis until December. They are welcoming applications from experienced teachers with QTS and can offer a supportive environment with access to the most up to date resources, commitment to ongoing CPD and progression opportunities within the school and wider academy trust. The pupils at the school are keen to learn and are well behaved, the schools approach to learning is child centred.

These schools have been awarded the highest ratings available during their latest inspections, and drive to seek out quality teachers to support opportunities to celebrate success.
They are looking for Humanities teachers with experience teaching across KS3&4, and can offer the successful candidates the opportunity to become a permanent member of the teaching team.
You will be required to;
* Plan, prepare and deliver lessons
* Be able to effectively manage a classroom
* Mark and prepare students work
* Strong Knowledge of KS3 and KS4 curriculum
* Experience in teaching secondary education
* A positive attitude and an enthusiastic approach
Qualifications Required: QTS /QTLS/ PGCE
**DBS - essential, on update service - desirable **
Salary: £22,244 - £32,831
Hours: 8:20-3:30 Monday to Friday
