We are looking for a motivated and professional degree educated Client Relationship Account manager with B2B client experience to join a global leader in Financial Business Intelligence. This exciting newly created role will offer a clear path of progression, an excellent starting salary, travel to New York and excellent bonus potential!

This role will be idea for someone with 3+ years of account management, customer success, client relationship management, sales or client services experience and who also has a confident, well spoken phone manner. An interest or experience in the financial services, hedge funds or investment sector would also be an asset.

The successful candidate will be taking part in an exciting re-launch of a very successful business intelligence platform. As part of this re-launch we are recruiting a Client Relationship Account Manager to initially help clients in the migration to the new platform, which will work with the US based sales team in supporting the user base with demonstrations and training, mapping of accounts, identify upgrade opportunities. In time the right individual could take responsibility for managing, account mapping and growing the UK portfolio.

This role may involve the occasional afternoon shift to maximise communication opportunities with US counterparts, flexibility around this will be required but the role will largely be from 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday.

The Job:

*Conducting 10 demos per week (phone based)
*Offer training meetings with a team of users from a ten minute phone-call to walk through customizing their settings and explaining the functionality of running a search
*Analyze usage across the user base and focus on up lift of less-engaged users
*Logins - we want people to be logging in more rather than purely relying on the email alerts, again driving engagement
*Customer Engagement Calls
*Improve renewal rate - ultimately the goal with increased engagement is to increase our retention.
*Leads passed to and converted by the senior sales team

The Requirements:

* Degree Educated ideally, with 3+ years in a B2B client relationship management, account management or other client focused sales/service role - experience selling into the financial sector is highly desirable
*Confident Telephone manner
*Passion and Enthusiasm
*Experience of working in a target driven environment
*Good Organisational Skills
*Basic Computer skills
*Sales experience - willingness to grow current accounts and to work to client service targets, & renewal targets in the future
