Location: Wrexham
Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £18,000 (OTE £30,000+)

Our client is looking for a driven and determined Telesales Executive to join their rapidly growing telesales team. Experience in a similar telesales role would be beneficial however a tenacious, proactive and hardworking approach is paramount to this role. Job Description:

The Telesales Executive will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager and other Telesales Executives to secure new business. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for sourcing new prospects, making telesales and follow up calls, overcoming objections and ultimately closing and maximising business opportunities. You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline of business, working to sales activity and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build prospects & pipeline business in the company's CRM
  • Research potential new clients via social media
  • Make high volume B2B telesales calls to prospective clients
  • Overcome objections and agree follow up activity
  • Secure new business opportunities and build long term relationships with clients
  • Update CRM with all sales activity
  • Maintain own prospective pipeline of potential new business; managing the full sales cycle
  • Creating proposals and quotations as per client requirements
  • Distributing marketing material; emails, brochures, exhibitions
  • Exceed the KPIs set for call volumes and conversions as set by Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Plan & organise your time to ensure all tasks are done in a timely manner to maximise your sales opportunities
  • Working as part of an ambitious sales team in order to meet targets set by Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Build relationships with both the internal and external customer

Essential Skills:

  • Experience of working in a telesales or outbound calling environment, with a proven ability to meet sales targets
  • An excellent telephone communicator with a confident and open style
  • Proactive attitude to sourcing leads and targeting prospects
  • A bright, go-getting person that is tenacious and resilient when faced with objections
  • Target driven with a strong desire to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to plan and organise own workload
  • Ability to work as a team as well as individually
  • GSCE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English at Grade C or above.
  • Computer literacy
