2nd Line Support Analyst - Stowmarket - to £24k

£18k - 24k depending on experience, plus possible performance related bonus

The Role

Due to company growth and increasing business , you will be working within a small support team, raising the profile of the company whilst building and maintaining positive relationships with our Customers. The role's main responsibility is servicing customer-raised incidents, raising defects where identified by replicating issues locally and analysing code, or raising RFCs where requirements are outside of project scope. You will be involved in project handovers and customer releases, administration and documentation of customer communications and, on occasion, perform ad hoc QA activities.

You will need your own transport as no public services go to this location which is just outside Stowmarket.

Skills and Experience

· Be motivated and dedicated, working in a receptive and responsive manner taking ownership of their work.

· Have an ability to retain technical information with an analytical and logical troubleshooting and problem-solving approach.

· Be able to work collaboratively within a team environment with a drive to deliver customer service to a high standard.

· Have excellent communication and written skills.

· SQL/PL-SQL or C# knowledge is desirable but not essential as training and development opportunities will be given.
