Content Marketing Specialist
High-growth online property group are looking for an exceptional content marketing professional to own the group-wide content marketing and social media strategy.
Our client is a highly disruptive and fast growing on-line property business with a reputation for dealing honestly and fairly with property owners and for going the extra mile to secure the best value for their customers.
Initially working on one of their brands, the group has had tremendous success in diversifying their offering and has restructured the marketing resource.
As a result, the Content Marketing Manager role is now pretty big owning the content marketing and social media strategies at a group level.
With new businesses launches the norm, the role will only get bigger.
Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be working across multiple channels including web, social and email - this role is responsible for ensuring the content strategy delivers tangible success.
The role will require you to:
Deliver new engaging content on a regular basis
Edit, proofread and improve content
Analyse web traffic metrics
Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
Work alongside 3rd party agencies
Creating email marketing campaigns for different business units
Create and execute content calendar across web and social channels
The role requires an enthusiastic team player, with extensive experience writing, running and managing digital content and social media channels.
The split will be 80% copywriting/content creation and 20% social media management.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional copywriting skills (writing about property or finance would be welcome but not a pre-requisite.
You will also need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience using web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Web Trends
- Expertise in social media platforms
- Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator and creative video platforms
- Experience in print, email and banner design
- Understanding of SEO and SEM
- Knowledge of different content planning and creation processes
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems such as WordPress
- Strong Copywriting skills
- Understanding of website product development
- Experience UX design
