My client, an established London based estate agent is looking for a motivated and well-presented senior sales negotiator who has proven success and experience within residential property sales to join their Elephant and Castle office.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills as well as sound market knowledge. You will join an established sales team with a growing market share.

Responsibilities include:

Qualifying potential buyers

Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties.

Contacting applicants and arranging viewings

Carrying out viewings of properties

Negotiating offers

Giving feedback to vendors

Progressing files through to completion

Delivering highest levels of customer service to Vendors and Buyers

Skills needed:

Proven success in exceeding targets

Experience of the London Sales market

A passion and interest in property

The ability to negotiate

Sound business ethics

Tenacity and be a self-starter

The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
