A top client of ours are looking for a Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef to join their successful restaurant which is located on the famous Portobello Road.

After the huge success of their December opening they are thrilled to continue recruitment and expand the team and are looking for someone wanting to step up and join a young new team. The ideal candidate will have: Current / previous experience as a Chef de Partie. Experience in running multiple sections in a busy kitchen whilst maintaining high standards of food and service. Concise communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on their own initiative calmly when under pressure. Thorough knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety and licensing legislation.

Previous kitchen experience is essential. Hours: Full - Time, 7 shifts a week Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 plus Tronc ( Minimum £200 per month) This is really a great opportunity for an ambitious chef to join a team and gain a great career path.
