We have a fantastic opportunity available with a client of ours based in Leigh-on-Sea. The opportunity on offer is for an experienced Operations Manager.
You will ideally have at least 5 years’ experience within the industry. You would also be an individual with a commercial mind-set and an entrepreneurial flair in your work.
Responsibilities: • Senior Manager for the business • Report directly to the company Partners • Oversee various departments and line managers within the company to ensure all processes are as efficient as possible • Improve performance across the business • Motivate, inspire and lead teams by example • Track and analyse departmental KPI’s • Complete regular training and performance reviews • Attending chair meetings • Hold and attend internal meetings • Adapt to internal changes and assessment • Provide analytics and reports, suggesting changes and reporting any issues • Providing resolutions to any internal issues • Develop new and maintain relationships with clients • Assisting in the recruitment of staff • Travelling to client sites for meetings They are a nationwide reactive maintenance service covering the whole of the UK 24 hours 365 days a year. Their aim is to provide a quick, efficient service to customers at any time in any location.
Requirements: • Management experience of over 5 years • Experience of running a departments within a business • Have previous sales experience • Have previous customer service experience • At least 2 years working within project management systems • Have an extremely positive mental approach • A creative entrepreneurial flair would be classed as desirable • Full UK Clean driver’s license • Be a confident decision maker • Be proactive and self-motivated • Adaption to change and assessing any changes made or due to be made.
