IT Service Management Lead (ITSM/ITIL) - Chelmsford, Essex. A multinational law firm is looking for an articulate ITSM Lead / Incident Manager to join its highly professional team.

In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility you must be an accomplished Incident & Problem Manager with excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work. You will have the ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities and will have the advanced Excel skills required to carry out complex data analysis tasks.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage IT Service Management processes and disciplines for the IT department and wider organisation. This role is also responsible for the collection, analysis, and effective communication of data to improve overall service delivery. Given the global nature of this position, flexibility in terms of working hours will be necessary to ensure that a consistent service is delivered across all offices.
