Full time

Up to £36,000 per year depending on experience

Smithson Gray are delighted to be working with one of the leading Occupational Health Services in the UK to find them an Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor for their service in London.

The Service

The company provide specialised and independent Occupational Health Services for various small to large businesses and organisations throughout the UK.

The Candidate

  • You will be a registered general nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ideally have up to date Occupational Health clinical knowledge and skills.
  • You will have experience in delivering specialised care.
  • You will be commercially aware.
  • PC Literate with knowledge of Windows and web packages.

The Role

  • Case Management
  • Pre-employment screening
  • Health and Wellbeing
  • New starter questionnaires
  • Providing advice and developing others within HR advice team
  • Assuming responsibility for reviewing appointments and diary management
  • To ensure the service meets company and SEQOHS standards
  • To provide tailored support to difference clients.
  • To work and liaise with members of the management team, advisors and technicians.

Skills Required

  • RGN qualified
  • 1 year nursing experience
  • Registered with the NMC
  • Experience providing clinical nursing care.
  • Ideally possess a recognised occupational health qualification and have worked in the occupational health field.
  • Can deliver quality care and successful clinical services.
  • IT confident.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).


My client is looking to pay up to £36,000 per year pro rata plus benefits which will be discussed further at interview.
