Senior Web Analyst - Conversion Rate Optimisation

If you're an ambitious Digital Analytics professional with a passion for Conversion Rate Optimisation, User Testing and all-things-data, then this will be a very exciting next step for your career. In this role, you will join the Digital Analytics team at a brand-name financial services powerhouse, based in Canary Wharf, with a special focus on CRO. You'll have the opportunity to use a best in class toolkit of testing and analytics products, including Adobe Analytics, Test & Target and many more!

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design, build, run and analyse A/B and Multivariate Tests.
* Successfully manage a varied and fast moving portfolio of Digital Analytics projects and stakeholders.
* Develop the Product Optismiation life-cycle across a range of clients and verticals.
* Deliver business-critical insight to a range of key stakeholders spanning product, marketing and IT.
* Deliver vital customer journey insight, identifying pain points in the user experience.
* Perform deep-dive statistical analysis & user segmentation.

REQUIREMENTS

* Expert knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation - importantly, all candidates must be highly passionate about all things CRO.
* Excellent web analytics knowledge using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Coremetrics, Webtrends etc.
* Highly knowledgeable regarding UX and split testing.
* Advanced presentation skills.

SALARY

If successful in your application you will receive a basic salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000 + Benefits (Depending on your experience).
