Local children's home provider is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a track record for growing companies and opening new services based in the West Midlands. Great salary and project for the right candidate.

My client has multiple children's homes across the Birmingham area but are looking to expand their portfolio by appointing a driven and enthusiastic Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be influential in identifying new areas to open up homes, lead the homes through their registration and recruiting an effective management team.

The Operations Manager must have

Extensive experience within the children's home sector
Experience working at a regional or operational level within children's homes
Proven track record in opening new homes
Strong knowledge of Ofsted and working with local authorities and commissioners
Ambition, drive and energy for growing a small portfolio of homes efficiently
