Our client, who is a leading Serviced Office brand, is looking for a strong minded and driven Area Sales Manager that will have previous formal trained and honed B2B sales skills and a deal a day mentality.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Implement the Area sales strategy and plans set within agreed timescales to achieve license, occupancy, renewals and services income for each Centre under your control.

- Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for Centres in your region.

- Increase sales, reaching the targets set for your region, expanding your customer base and compiling and analysing sales figures.

- Identify and close new business and expand the customer base, building and maintaining rapport with current key customers in partnership with the

Customer Service Management/Associates

- Meets Area sales financial targets by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.

- Achieve Area sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Experience ideally required:

- Graduate standard preferred

- 4-5 years experience of consistently meeting sales goals

- 4+ years experience in a professional services organisation building internal and external relationships

- Experience with B2B and client facing.

- 3-5 years proven results of sales planning

- Proven negotiation skills with eye on delivering profits, revenue and margin

- Experience of budgeting P+L delivering yield and forecasting accurately is essential

- Record of territory management and managing multiple sites proactively is essential

- Positive and motivational management and customer relationship style

- Demonstrable expertise in closing deals and keeping clients

- Commercial decision making/communication and presentation skills

- Excellent influencing skills and negotiation skills

- Computer literate

- Ability to successfully engage with and influence senior management (internally/externally)
