AREA SALES MANAGER – MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS – LONDON

THE CLIENT: Our client are a leading global manufacturer of access solutions, including commercial door systems, door controls and glass fittings. They have an excellent service division and are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join the team.

THE ROLE: Area Sales Manager – Service & Maintenance Contracts
Your main role would be to sell our clients Service Products and Maintenance Contracts to FM Companies, SME’s and Corporate & Commercial End Users.
This will be done by securing enquiries, converting sales to orders and developing existing accounts.
This also means offering tailored solutions to meet all customer requirements and provide a complete solution for all service and repair needs.
• Be accountable for the overall performance of Service sales within the region area, by increasing turnover and developing a strong customer base.
• Develop a strong pipeline to contribute to continued success, while constantly developing awareness of our company.
• Manage customer relationships and evaluate the market to maximise sales.
• Establish solid relationships based on our values with all customers.

THE LOCATION: London & Home Counties – Surrey, Berkshire, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire.

THE PERSON: Our client is looking for a field sales professional with experience selling Service Contracts or Maintenance Contracts to End Users.
Ideally this would be within Doors or Access however other industries will be considered as long as the bulk of the experience has been in service sales.
You will be an excellent communicator, who has superb negotiation skills. Your ability to develop trustful relationships with your customers, as well as your colleagues, will be key in this role
