My client is a leading Property Management Business. Due to their continued National Growth, they are looking to recruit a Sales and Telemarketing Executive to join their national sales office in Bristol.

Role / Responsibilities:
* Contact businesses or private individuals with by telephone in order to discuss their current or future vacant property portfolio and how Ad Hoc can offer a tailor-made solution.
* Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts and pitches.
* Answer any relevant queries from prospective clients of Ad Hoc.
* Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations to ensure multiple sources of data are being used.
* Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers and competitors.
* Act as a web chat adviser on the Company website to respond to all online enquiries
* Proactively seeking new Guardians through speaking to existing Guardians to recommend our services.
* Maximising the conversion rate of viewings by ensuring you are fully prepared for each viewing and have all the necessary information regarding vacant units and other available options within area.
* Research and cold call to prospect for new Guardians.
* Work closely with the Account Managers and Business Development Managers to fill their vacant properties by advertising properties at the earliest possible time
* To update social media feeds weekly and email existing and potential Guardians on upcoming properties.
* To take deposits and handle card and cash payments
* To research all properties available on our website and assess their suitability for prospective Guardians before arranging viewings.

Key Skills / Qualifications:
* Face to Face or Telemarketing Sales and Business Development experience
* B2B Telesales experience
* Intermediate Computer Literacy Essential
* Target, sales and process driven.
* Professional with good negotiation skills
* A confident communicator with a good command of written and spoken English.
* Organised, process and task driven.
* Able to multitask and work of own initiative towards set targets or goals.
* A skilled influencer with proven sales abilities.
