My client is a software company providing a best-in-class product into schools and colleges across the UK. Due to recent promotions, we are now recruiting for 2 Helpdesk Advisors to join their friendly team.

The nature of the role will be: to provide remote support via phone, email and live chat responding to all customer issues, resolve incidents and improve customer experience follow up work will be done through email. You will respond to a mixture of functional and technical queries and will be the first point of call for all clients.

This role would suit somebody from a customer service background who is looking to join a happy and engaged team. We want candidates who are willing to go the extra mile to help customers, are professional and keep the customer at the centre of everything that they do.

An ideal candidate will have:

* Basic knowledge of networks, SQL, access and excel although candidates with little or no technical understanding will most certainly be considered.
* Excellent customer service skills.
