Conference & Reservations Sales Office Manager - 4 star Resort Hotel - Near Bristol

I am looking for a very strong Conference Sales & Reservations Office Manager to work in a hotel which is very busy with weddings, conferences and events and has big plans for its future.

What we are looking for…

An experienced Sales Office Manager to focus on our Conference and Events as well as Reservations department, you will be sales focused and know your product inside and out.

Ideally you will:

* Be able to manage a team of Sales Coordinators & encourage them to actively sell the hotels features to acquire business
* Lead by example to the team to proactively drive sales
* Source leads and make sales calls to generate interest
* Train and develop your team and keep them motivated at all time to achieve results
* Have an excellent working knowledge of Opera and Sales & catering
* Proven ability to manage the conference and reservation diary to maximise Occupancy and revenue
* Ability to handle reservations, GDS & 3rd Parties as well as Revenue Management.
