Manpower are currently working exclusively with a fantastic client in the Wetherby area who are looking at expanding their ever growing team.

In this position you will be reporting to the managing director and you will be providing financial/accountancy administration duties to the business.

Due to the nature of the position my client is looking for a candidate with the following skills:

* Min 5 years Bookkeeping experience (with appropriate qualifications/accreditations)
* Experience of full Annual audit processes, from preparation, reconciliations and compliance
* Account to trial balance/Balance Sheet and PNL
* Experience of the payroll sector and or payroll processes an advantage
* Debtors management Creditors management
* Online banking payments (experience of preparing scheduling for paying creditors and online templates/banking processes)
* Management and control of junior/subordinates
* Reporting to the MD in respect of monthly outputs for PNL/BS for approval prior to liaison/dispersal to third party company for production of management accounts
* Preparation of data and information for regular meetings with the Operations Manager and the MD (separately)
* Coordination and problem solving of queries (whether reconciliation and or journals) with the Payroll dept
* Importing of data from our Payroll software management programme
* VAT experience
* PAYE experience
* Pension compliance (internal staff only)

This position will be working full time Monday to Friday in the busy market town of Wetherby with excellent links to the A1 and A64.
