Offering a superior service within Adults Residential Care nationwide, a warm welcome awaits you at CareTech. Due to continued growth, we are seeking caring, compassionate and committed Support Workers to provide the support that allows our amazing Service Users to lead ordinary lives. Whilst the role of a Support Worker offers variety, superb progression opportunities and training, it takes a courageous and committed individual to really succeed at the role.

We have over 250 Services as far North as Fife and as far South as Kent, and all areas in between. Each home supports Service Users with different needs – whether it be Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, Physical and Learning Difficulties or Mental Health, full training will be provided. We are looking for enthusiastic, person-centred individuals who share the same passion for care as we do!

We are seeking to recruit Recovery Support Workers to join our idyllic hospital in Fareham, who share our vision for high quality Mental Health recovery services.

Recovery can be a reality for everyone with Mental Health problems.

Focus on individual need, not diagnosis

Risks should be understood, but managed positively

Service users have a right to live in a decent, safe, caring environment with support to engage in and with their local community

Pathways to more independent living should be an integral part of support planning

Previous experience working within a Mental Health setting is essential.

Why CareTech?

We provide superb FREE training to achieve qualifications in Social Care

We have a proven progression path – most of those who started as Support Workers are now Residential Managers

We offer competitive rates of pay, along with an impressive benefits package including an employee assistance helpline, flexible additional holiday purchase scheme, childcare vouchers, special retail discount vouchers, stakeholder pension scheme and much more!

We offer apprenticeships to those with less experience looking to get into the sector

We have numerous shift patterns available nationwide, including permanent or bank positions – if you are caring, compassionate and a good communicator and would like to commit to the first stage of the process, get in touch today!

Due to the nature of the role, we will pay for you to complete an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, prior to starting with us.

Successful candidates will be contacted within 7 working days.
