Used Car Administrator – VW Swindon

The Role

As a Used Car Administrator your role is key as you work behind the scenes supporting the Price Researcher / Digital Analyst Team. A Used Car Administrator prepares all relevant documentation and assists the Used Car Manager as required. A Used Car Administrator is able to thrive under pressure, have a professional manner and be a team player. Our Used Car Administrator are meticulous with detail, have a proven ability to operate to deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities in an effective manner.

Role Requirements

To be a success in this role, you will have

Good customer service skills
Self motivation and highly organised
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Previous experience in an administrator role
Computer literacy exel, word, powerpoint
Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment

Your Responsibilities

You will document & administer requested Used Car Department information, ordering and processing Used Car Director Requests
Have an understanding of navigating around websites
Learn & understand how the group price & administer used cars
Deal effectively with customers and subcontractors requests
Ensuring that all information is received in time & where required distributed the requested reciprocates
Liaising with the brand regarding vehicle specification and stock profiling
Weekly reporting to the UCD and Inchcape
Deal with all calls in a friendly, efficient and professional manner
Administer correspondence for the UCM Team.
Make appointments for the UCM development team when required.
Collate/Record observations for dealer visits, (including mystery shops ).
To assist with pricing when required.
Maintain an accurate filing system for UCD
Administer and audit dealer websites & DMS.
Monitoring of vehicle photo quality and reporting any discrepancies.
Manage UCD dairy ensuring any hotel booking or admin requirements are up to date.
