Do you have solid legal secretarial experience?

Are you a fast and accurate audio typist?

Do you have strong communication skills?

Our client, a law firm, who have offices in Leeds city centre, are looking for an experienced legal assistant to join them, on an ongoing temporary basis.

You will be responsible for:

* Supporting 5 fee earners
* Audio typing of all letters & documents
* Proving full administrative support to the team
* Dealing with all visitors
* Diary & email management
* Extensive travel and accommodation arrangements

What you will need:

* Stable legal secretarial background
* Excellent Audio typing experience
* Digital dictation experience
* PA experience
* Strong interpersonal skills both verbal & written
* Competent MS office skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong team player
* Flexible and hardworking attitude
