Our client sources, supplies and installs a range of bespoke designed interior products including kitchens, lighting, staircases and one of unique pieces of interior art in new and refurbished construction projects.

We are delighted to be working with them to secure a full time and permanent Installations Coordinator with a passion and background in interiors, textiles or architecture

Overall Responsibility

To provide full administrative support for the project manager from initial client contact through to on time project completion within budget. Managing all supporting client and company documentation / records and ensuring they are accurately completed and stored.

Key Tasks:

• Setting up and operating project, supplier and client records.
• Managing suppliers and sub-contractors
• Arranging deliveries and courier services
• Taking calls and resolving enquiries from clients in a highly professional and articulate manner.
• Liaising with clients over project start and completion times.
• Issuing terms of business to both clients and suppliers.
• Liaising with site managers, to ensure project progression is on time and to budget.
• Issuing completion of work certificates and guarantees
• Creating and sending invoices
• Placing orders with suppliers, negotiating pricing and delivery requirements.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for a highly driven, focused and organized individual who will relish a challenge and provide the exceptional service levels that our city based clients insist upon.

You must have a great attention to detail and be able to multi task across multiple projects. At times, stringent deadlines will need to be adhered to and so you will need the ability to work under these time pressures.

Working Hours Monday to Friday 8.15am-5.15pm
