I have an opportunity for a Project Manager (MEP) to join our established team where the primary focus will be to take full accountability for the management of the MEP deliverables at tender, design, pre-construction, construction and commissioning phases for either a single project or a portfolio of projects.

Your new role:

Procure, manage, coordinate and quality control all the relevant MEP parties ensuring compliance with the companies Standards throughout the project

Establish MEP procurement /packaging strategy aligned with building fabric elements.

Complete MEP tender documents incorporating scopes, interface documents, design responsibility matrices and builderswork matrix.

Ensure MEP design is issued in a timely fashion and audited to guarantee compliance, buildability and commission ability.

Assist Design Manager with provision of technical advice, to produce, agree and manage with all relevant parties, a realistic design programme and information required schedule to satisfy design, procurement and construction requirements.

Identify, manage and contain the risks inherent in the procurement strategy.

Complete risk schedule as well as financial assessment and technical analysis of sub-contractor tender submissions.

Make clear recommendations in respect to sub contract appointment aligned with contract document compliance.

Ensure Wates tender submission document is completed to highest level incorporating all MEP technical clarifications, installation and commission ability solutions.
