My client is a well established events company based in Leeds who are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their fast growing business.

Business Development Manager requirements:

• You MUST have experience in Events sales or a Hospitality background.
• Business development experience, generating new business leads through cold calling.
• Account management of the key clients for further growth within the company.
• Good attention to detail making sure the system is correct with contact details for each new business lead.
• Understanding of all types of events.
• Experience in networking events to promote the company.
• MUST be a driver

You will be required to:

• Win new business and hit targets.
• Research new business oppertunitiies
• Network events
• Managing of all social media accounts promoting the company via social media.

There will be on site training provided when needed. You will receive an up capped commission structure when targets are hit. The targets will be seasonal for the business periods of events.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm with no weekend work. There may be an occasion when you will work late due to events and dinner parties but time will be given back.
