Leisure people is proud to announce the search for a General Manager for a prestigious Fine Dining restaurant in Central London

Our client is looking to recruit a committed, talented, enthusiastic and ambitious General Manager to join their successful and vibrant team at a prestigious restaurant to be opened in Central London. You will need to be entrepreneur and have creative flair in this luxurious "entourage", whilst ensuring all floor staff are up to date with training and standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and skills in excellent customer service, restaurant management operation at rosette or Michelin star levels are essential. An ability to lead and inspire the team to brilliance is essential. Creating a happy working atmosphere is vital to the successful running of the Restaurant so your contribution to creating a friendly and supportive working environment is crucial. Financial reporting and management are key elements of this role. The General Manager reports to the Directors of the company.

Person Profile:

The ideal candidate will have an extensive experience in managing well known, high end Restaurants and Michelin Restaurants in London

Effective team working and networking skills and the ability to work independently using own initiative. The ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload. Our client is looking for a General Manager with exceptional personal and professional standards and high achievement motivation.
