Sphere Solutions are looking to recruit a Civil Manager for a well-established contractor to oversee the infrastructure and associated works to Hinkley Point.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage road diversions, widening, service diversions and groundworks packages
• Overseeing Section 278 works
• Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager take responsible for the infrastructure and associated works to Hinkley Point
• Responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, on budget and on quality
• Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and to expected health & safety standard.

The candidate:
• Must have at least 5 years Civils experience with all relevant tickets
• Good Management experience of civils teams, to include, Site Engineers and Forman
• Due to the majority of the work being carried out on a main road the candidate must be able to deal with logistically challenging situations
• Proven track record in a similar role and projects of a similar size

The package:
• A competitive salary Circ £55,000
• Fully expensed company car or Car Allowance
• Pension and private medical insurance
• Performance related bonus
