IT Services Analyst

We are looking to recruit an IT Services Analyst to support our Croydon and Chatham sites to deliver all IT needs.

Being based at our Croydon site the successful candidate will be responsible for the complete IT service delivery of the trade books division and therefore will required to Support both sites.

Responsibilities and accountabilities

• The provision of generalist support to the stakeholders in the day to day running of the IT function within the group.
• Business partner the trade books division on their IT needs.
• Hardware and applications – including installs and maintenance schedules
• Basic networking solutions/cabling
• Software – Highway, Filemanager, Imprint & technique report building and maintenance
• Maintenance and development of peripheral systems such as CCTV.

Required knowledge, skills & competencies
Essential skills
• 1st/2nd Line Support Experience.
• Windows Server (up to 2012 R2) administration
• Active Directory / Group Policy
• Windows Desktop OS (up to Windows 10) and Mac OS X
• Exchange Server administration
• Desktop Support - Desktop Deployments, Laptops, Phones, Tablets, Printers
• VMWare / Hyper-V experience
• TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP
• Full driving license, for travel between the sites as required (essential).

Desirable skills
• MCP / MCSA / MCSE
• CompTIA A+ / Network+

Hours of work are: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break). However due to the location and shifts worked the hours required do vary and therefore working outside the core hours is a common feature of the role.
