An award winning FMCG business located on the perimeters of Barnsley, with an overall distribution range across 30 countries, now have a new opportunity for an experienced Export Sales Executive to join them on a permanent basis; to generate and lead the International Market supply.

The role will involve:

• Respond and assess the potential of international distributors who contact us
• Assess new markets to establish the greatest potential for our brand, taking into consideration market size, saturation and awareness
• Develop good working relationships with existing distribution partners and produce strategic 12 monthly plans for brand support, commensurate with revenue and profit potential
• Assess any legal requirements and regulatory requirements in terms of product registration and licenses
• Understand potential client demands and work with internal technical, finance and commercial teams to develop a seamless sales offering
• Work in line with the export strategy, including new and existing business sales targets
• Satisfy internal reporting requirements by submitting reports and records to ensure that all sales activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales and within the given time scales
• Some international travel may be required at times

You will have the following skills/experience:

• Have International sales experience ideally
• Enjoy seeking out and developing business opportunities within the FMCG industry
• Have proven account management skills
• Have experience of managing budgets
• Be comfortable with sales analysis and reporting at senior level
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be results orientated and target driven
. Have commercial sales experience within the FMCG industry
