Your new employer are a privately owned construction company based in West Sussex. Their turnover is in excess of £25million and they work across multiple sectors often on D&B projects across Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.
Your new role
As a result of continued expansion and growth, your new employer have promoted the existing Technical CoOrdinator from within, which has created the exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to join their existing team. As Technical CoOrdinator, you will take the lead and managing design teams and consultants, appoint and co-ordinate pre-construction surveys whilst managing the planning approval process. Your role will include but not be limited to charring design team meetings, obtaining client sign offs administering the process and provide the site team with construction information suitable for the build.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working on residential and Educational projects is a must. Your current employer currently works in both these sectors and have recently realised a number of projects which need immediate attention. You should be comfortable liaising with a range of external suppliers, architectural practices and consultants with a proven confidence and fluency using AutoCAD.
