Working for a public sector body, this Administrator job is based in Hammersmith, it is with an immediate start and is for 3 months in duration.

Your new role

Working within the Commercial team of this large public sector organisation, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the manager and the wider team. Duties will include:

Organising meetings, including booking rooms and minute taking
Producing reports and documents
Updating Excel spreadsheets and internal databases
Diary manage for senior manager
Acting as a first point of contact for queries
Responding to queries via email and letter correspondence
Using Microsoft packages including, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

What you'll need to succeed

Excellent administration and organisational skills. Minute taking experience is also desirable.
