My client is Country Manor style venue in the Leamington Spa area and they are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to sell their learning solutions and associated services.

They are a blended learning solutions provider.

Working across several different sectors to design and deliver bespoke training solutions for large organisations, they have been successfully providing programmes for over 50 years. 

Their customised programmes include a blend of trainer-led, experiential, e-learning and performance support solutions, to ensure both business and individual results are achieved.

The Business Development Manager will actively promote and sell the company’s learning solutions, in the first instance to prospective clients requiring both the learning intervention and the right environment in which to deliver the training as they are also a dedicated venue.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business through successful execution of the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. Experience of a pro-active sales role and the ability to demonstrate new business wins is a must.

You will enjoy a challenge and will drive the business development activities to ensure new leads are being generated and followed up. Experience of establishing strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers is essential.

You will work to high standards, have a can-do attitude, and excellent attention to detail. You will be self-motivated and driven to achieve goals and objectives.

Working closely with the wider team, you will deliver high levels of service to new and existing customers, maintaining professional standards at all times.
