German speaking Account Representative
Our client, an online broker, is looking to recruit a German Speaking Account Representative.
Job Purpose: To introduce new customers and provide customer support
Roles & Responsibilities:
? Maintain and expand client base through sales activities such as contacting new leads.
? Establish contact with prospective clients and business partners, as well as maintain excellent relationship to existing customers.
? Actively promote products to customers and prospective customers.
? Respond to customer queries using chat software, telephone, email and Salesforce.
? Provide customers help with our products.
? Provide technical support.
? Represent the company at live events (seminars & trade shows) and conduct webinars.
? Assist in related projects, such as marketing campaigns, translations into target language, market analysis.
? Minimum undergraduate degree, preferably in Economics or Finance, or at least 3 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.
? Excellent customer service skills.
? Professional behaviour towards clients.
? Solid negotiation and communication skills.
? Organised and able to handle high workload.
? Sales target-driven.
? Able to keep high working standards throughout.
? Comfortable working a shift rota consisting of late and night shifts
? Fluent in target language.
? Good written and spoken English.
? IT literate.
? Experience with CRM databases e.g. Salesforce.
? Knowledge of MetaTrader 4 & 5 platforms or other trading platforms.
? Knowledge of and interest in trading, FX and CFD markets and derivative products.
