About the Role:

The agency is seeking an Account Manager to join its London office and to provide support to the Client Partner. The Account Manager will be working across all clients and, along with the Client Partner, will be the main point of contact for clients.


  1. Day-to-day account management on our clients’ content projects
  2. Regular communication and liaison with clients at junior and mid level (incl. but not limited to weekly status meetings and reports)
  3. Managing the handling of client feedback
  4. Being comfortable operating in a fast paced agency environment - and working across more than one project
  5. Working closely with project management to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and hitting the agreed KPIs
  6. Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
  7. Identifying and resolving potential issues before / as they arise, and acting as an escalation point if they do
  8. Financial forecasting, invoicing and monitoring + reporting on profitability
  9. Cross and up-selling new ideas to clients

  1. Full awareness and experience of creative processes and digital production techniques - esp. new platforms, content marketing and online video

Line Management and Reporting:

  1. The AM reports into the Client Partner
  2. The AM won’t have any direct reports initially, but will be responsible for the success of projects in conjunction with the project manager (on time, on budget and hitting KPIs) and will work closely with all members of the team
