A division of an international marketing services group serving leading brands internationally, is looking for an Account Manager based in London to join its team of customer driven procurement and delivery specialists as part of one of the groups successful and dynamic businesses.

As the Account Manager, your duties will be to:

  • Anticipate customer needs and respond to customer requests, ensuring all service levels and KPI’s are met at all times.
  • Manage day to day production to ensure delivery of work is on time, the correct specification and against client expectations.
  • Manage the full end to end process (utilising all internal systems as defined and within the required timelines).
  • Ensure job bag includes all relevant information for all jobs.
  • Maximise margin where possible through correct use of supply chain and best practice.
  • Manage issues end to end relating to quality and service but escalate where required.
  • Take an active role in development of the account, supporting the account director, identifying and escalating potential opportunities.
  • Identify cost saving opportunities whilst maintaining quality of service and product.
  • Optimise supply chain by utilising internal resource and best practice.
  • Support line manager in the implementation of new projects.
  • Proactively present innovation to agency and clients on an on-going basis.


To be a successful Account Manager you will have the following skills and experience:

  • A positive, pro-active can-do attitude (with a good sense of humour!).
  • Good understanding of the marketing mix, with specific experience / evidence of direct mail and commercial print.
  • Keep up to date with the ever changing technological and social advances across the marketing services industry.
  • The ability to communicate clearly at all levels with strong and adaptable interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail but with the ability to take a holistic view when appropriate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of e-procurement tools, MS Office and Outlook.
