I am recruiting for a Home Manager, Nurse Qualified, to work in a Nursing Home in Bristol.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to further develop their career with a supportive and proactive company that truly values their nurses. You will be Nurse Qualified, with high standards of clinical nursing and at least 2 years management/senior experience working in a nursing home. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours, working days and they are offering up to £38,000 p/a for the right candidate.

The service is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Home Manager to take responsibility for the well being of their residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met. A valid NMC Pin is essential and a good working knowledge of CQC standards, NMC guidelines and the Health and Social Act 2008. You would be leading and supervising the support and nursing teams to deliver the highest standards of person centred care using clinical governance and their own personal development. You will be familiar in areas concerning sickness management, staff training and development, and coaching and mentoring. You will have an effective way of communicating with your team, the service users and their families. It is essential to be Health and Safety aware, to ensure the safety of our services users and colleagues. Play is also an important part in developing and implementing evidence based individualised care packages, therapeutic interventions, and individualised activity programmes.

They work closely with their Services to ensure that the training provided meets the needs of the teams and enables them to meet the needs of our Service Users and deliver a high quality of care provision. They are an accredited centre with City and Guilds, offering different qualifications and they also provide specialist Dementia related development courses.They welcome a wide range of care needs, skilled in enhanced residential care but also many specialist forms of nursing.
The Home, itself, is committed to providing care and compassion in a safe, secure but stimulating environment for up to 24 people living with Alzheimer's or other dementia-related illnesses. They also support adults with varying Mental Health Conditions.
