Financial Services Administrator Vacancy

Our client is a highly successful Boutique IFA firm looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join the Client Support team

You will work within an established team to provide a high level of support and service to both our advisers and clients. This will include:

  • Process client new business and general client administration as required
  • Maintenance of client and portfolio records on the main investment platform and back office system
  • Preparation of client files for reviews
  • Preparation of necessary paperwork and application forms for client meetings
  • Liaise with product providers on case progress
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering the telephone

To be successful, potential candidates should possess the following:

  • An understanding of IFA technical software packages,
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • An understanding of the advice process, and the required compliance
  • Strong communication skills and excellent analytical skills
  • A good team player with a flexible approach while adhering to business processes
  • Good attention to detail and be thorough in all aspects of work
