Client Details

A professional services business located in Putney, South West London are looking for an experienced accounts assistant who can join them on an immediate basis.

The role is a 3 month temp to perm position which will see you have responsibility for the sales ledger and other transactional processes. You will then be able to progress and develop in the role and move onto month end, and assisting with the management accounts.


  • Raising and posting accounts receivable invoices
  • Updating the debtor reports
  • Chasing for payment from clients
  • Providing reports to the finance manager
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing invoices, expenses and petty cash
  • Assisting with month end


It is essential that you are able to start on an immediate basis, and would be looking for a long term permanent opportunity.

The company is located in Putney so please check your travel arrangements.

We are also looking to speak with canduidates who are:

  • Self-motivated and an excellent team player
  • Have excellent Excel skills
  • Sage systems experience is desirable but not essential
  • Degree educated or working towards relevant finance qualifications ie AAT or ACCA
  • Experienced making payments via BACS
